This is by far my favorite place in Seattle. Located on the corner of Pine and Melrose, this place is the perfect glimpse into all things Seattle. A perfect mix of hipsters, students, coffee lovers and weirdo’s. Two levels provides the Bauhaus with a great layout and they pack seats in every nook and cranny of this place. A wall decorated with a giant bookshelf full of old reads and the rest of the place decorated with interesting looking people. The bean they use is very strong and flavorful. Something about it makes me thinks this is the way espresso was made since the caveman days. Not only do they pull a great shot, they also are the only place I have ever seen that sell Ding Dongs. Another great thing about this place is that there is a load of outside seating that you can sit in. Enjoy your espresso and watch the cast of characters that pollute the area.
